Kevin M. Burch, CPC, President/CEO
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Kevin graduated from the University of North Texas in May of 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television and Film. After spending over a year in Dallas to work in the Radio business as both an On-Air personality and an Account Executive, Kevin joined the Recruiting Industry. After proving his success in the Insurance Recruiting Industry, Kevin joined QuestPro in August of 1996 where he joined Lauren Levinson in building the foundation of what is now considered to be one of the premier Insurance Recruiting firms in the Nation, QuestPro Consultants. In March of 2006 Kevin took another step forward by becoming the President and CEO of both QuestPro Consultants and Q-TEMPS (Sister company specializing in Temporary Staffing for the Insurance Industry). Since joining QuestPro, the staff has grown exponentially, besides hiring, training and managing the day-to-day activities of the entire staff of Researchers and Recruiters, Kevin also continues to work in the business succeeding as one of the top producer’s at QuestPro. Kevin also is currently on both the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants and Texas Association of Personnel Consultants Boards.

Kathy Gilman, CTS, Operations Manager/Client Relations Manager for QTEMPS
Kathy graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. After 10 years of outside sales in the IT industry, Kathy was hired in 2002 by QuestPro Consultants to generate business for the newly created QTEMPS division. Along with her team, she has grown the business each year and the company continues to set records on a monthly basis. Debbie Hubbell, CTS, Vice President of Sales
She was employed by QuestPro for three years as Division Director Q-Temps and most recently as Vice President of Sales for both companies. She oversees the strategic sales direction globally of both Questpro Consultants and Q TEMPS. Previously, she held the position as Vice President Strategic Accounts for 3 years at Corporate Express, a $6 billion global office products company where she worked with Fortune 1000 companies on implementing national account programs. Born and raised in Texas, Debbie attended University of Houston. She is a devoted wife and mom; loves to travel, golf, and ski and help people! dhubbell@q-temps.com

Anne LeBaron-Hipp, Southeast Sales Director
She has 20 years in the staffing industry and has helped hundreds of companies with their talent acquisition needs. For 13 years Anne held numerous positions with Kelly Services, a $5.7 billion international staffing company. Her favorite position was Area Manager Sales for the Dallas/Ft. Worth market ..sales is my passion. She also was Regional Sales Director – Dallas/ Ft. Worth market for Westaff, a $588 million national staffing firm.

Marcie Shirley, CTS, Sr. Recruiter/Client Manager
Joined QuestPro August 2007. In 2009 She moved to sister company Q TEMPS to help with the growth and recruiting on the contract side of the business. She is a 2004 graduate from the University of North Texas with a degree in Communications. Marcie’s career in recruiting began in 2005 working for JohnMarch Partners, Inc., an executive and management retained search firm in the healthcare industry. mshirley@q-temps.com

Julie Garza, Sr. Recruiter/Account Manager
Julie began her recruiting/marketing career in the insurance industry in 2005, & joined the Q-Temps team in July of 2010. She focused on the DFW market and eventually broadened her network in other major markets across the country. Jamie Barnes, Office Manager
Joined the QuestPro/Q-TEMPS team in April 2004. She started her career with Q-TEMPS as a recruiter and in the last 3 years has transitioned into the role of Office Manager for the company. Jamie graduated from Texas Tech University in 1996 with a Bachelors degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management. Kathryn Comer, Controller
Joined QuestPro Consultants in August 2010. Originally from Dallas, she is a 2006 graduate of Texas Tech University, where she received her BBA in Accounting. Lisa Smith, Recruiter
Lisa joined the QTemps team in April of 2011. She started her recruiting career in 1992 in the insurance industry with Insurance Temporary Services, Inc. /Lowry Claims Services, Inc. Lesa first started working in the insurance industry at Great American Insurance Company for 3 years and later was with Crum and Forster Insurance Company for 7 years as a Claims Examiner.
