Hi Marcie,

I just wanted to let you know that I finally received my offer letter from HMS
today. They want my start date to be Monday, June 13th, so my last day with
Q-temps will be this Friday, June 10th. I am sorry about the short notice, but
we have been told that we would be converted to permanent for so long that I
wasn’t going to believe it until I had my official offer letter in my hot little
hand.

I just wanted to say thank you for being so amazing. My experience with Q-temps has been the best experience I have ever had with a placement agency. Everyone
there has been phenomenal! I will definitely keep your information and recommend you to my good friends!

As you know I will become a permanent employee at Chartis effective November 15, 2010. I want to thank you personally. You have been wonderful to work with. I was hired on by Q-Temps in July 2008 for this assignment which lasted 2.5 years. During this time I have not experienced any issues or problems. When I have called you, you have always been very professional, prompt to return my calls or e-mails, always seem so upbeat, happy and plain and simple it has always been pleasure to work with you. So, thank you. I hope that I won’t need the services of Q-temps in the future but if I do, I will of course contact Q-Temps. This is a people business and you are perfect for it with your bubbly personality which is so positively infectious. Please know that I appreciate the birthday cards that have been sent to me by Q-Temps these last 2 years. That is certainly a nice touch and I appreciate it.

As you know, my unit has seen an unusual amount of growth over the past 4 years in what was though to be a temporary line of business. Until we cemented the closer working relationship with Q-Temps, we were having a hard time locating and retaining the right talen mixed for our book of business.
